Practice schedule features 3 focused sessions per week, each lasting at least 1.5 hours, designed to ensure steady growth and consistent progress.

Before jumping into tournaments, we stick to a solid 7-week training period. It’s all about building teamwork, boosting individual skills, and creating that trust between players and coaches.
We like to keep things small and tight-knit—our teams are limited to just 8 players each season so every athlete gets the attention they deserve to grow. Worried about playing time? It’s all about putting in the effort during practices and games. We’re here to give everyone a fair shot to improve and stand out on the court.
